The site connects to your WhatsApp number as another device (like WhatsApp Web). After this, ads from your groups and private messages are posted to the site, and new ads are published to the selected group.

> [!tip] Who is this suitable for?
> Message boards and stores where customers can message on WhatsApp. A separate number for the website is a good practice.

## What you will need

- WhatsApp number on the phone with the application installed.
- Have your phone at hand to scan the QR code.

## Steps

### Step 1. Connect the number

Settings → Telegram and WhatsApp → "WhatsApp" → "Connect via QR code." On your phone: WhatsApp → Linked devices → Link device → scan the QR code. If the QR code doesn't work, there's also the "Link by phone number" option: enter the number, get the code, and enter it on your phone.

### Step 2. Turn on the reception

- **Receiving ads via private messages** —people message you via your number, and the message with text and a photo becomes an ad. The same AI process works as in Telegram: category, price, title, and tips for the author.
- **Groups** - in the account's group list, enable "Acceptance" for the desired groups. The list takes about a minute to load after connecting.

### Step 3. Set up a publication

Where to publish new ads? In the "Auto-publishing" section (either a general site-wide group or groups by category). See [Auto-publishing](/wiki/en/autopublish).

## Second issue for publication

Optional. If you publish a lot, add a second number via QR code in the "Publication Number" section. This way, the primary number only receives posts, and the secondary number sends them. This reduces the risk of WhatsApp restrictions.

## Restrictions and protection from blocking

- There is a 7-12 second pause between posts, and there is a daily limit. Test messages are not sent.
- Do not use the website number for manual mass mailings.
- The link is stored on our server; the "Disable" button removes it.

## Questions and answers

### Does the phone have to be online?

As with WhatsApp Web, your phone needs to be connected periodically. If your phone is offline for a long time, the connection may become disconnected—you'll need to reconnect it.

### Is it possible to connect Telegram and WhatsApp at the same time?

Yes. Both submissions are run in parallel on the same website. Authors receive responses in the messenger they used to submit their submissions.

### What does the buyer see?

Nothing extra: it texts your number as usual. The bot's responses come from the same number.
